At STEAMRS, it is important to us that your order is delivered to you with steaming speed, quickly and reliably. That's why we work with the best delivery services to make sure your package reaches you on time and in top condition. After all, we don't want steam coming out of your ears because your order got lost in the logistics maze!
Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping costs and tracking your package. So you can sit back and relax while we make sure your order gets to you safe and sound.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
- For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we use a flat rate of €4.95 shipping. For orders over €50, shipping is free.
- Orders to Germany and other EU countries are subject to a flat rate of €6.95 shipping costs. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
Order Tracking
When we have shipped your order with love, we will of course let you know with a celebratory email. Included in this is a Track & Trace code, so you can track the status of your package at any time. Please note that it may take some time for this tracking code to work and be visible. But rest assured, we will make sure the order gets to you as soon as possible.
- Orders placed before 6 p.m. on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Depending on DHL's speed, the package will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- If you order before 6 p.m. on Friday, your package will be shipped the same day. Although the package can sometimes be delivered as early as the next day, it is more common for delivery by the postal service to take place on Monday.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is super simple! You have 14 days, from the date your package is delivered, to initiate a return request.
Please return your product in its original packaging, including all accessories. Did you receive a free product with your order? Please return this product as well, otherwise your return will be refused.
Log into your customer account to request a return of your order, or mail a return request with your order number to: [email protected]. You will receive a return label and do not have to pay for this yourself.
Have you received an incorrect or damaged product from us? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to solve this quickly and properly for you!
Can I still exchange my order?
Within 14 days of receiving your package, it is still possible to exchange. Would you prefer a different color or other product? We can arrange this neatly and quickly for you. You would do us a big favor if the product is not yet used. Mail to [email protected] with your order number and reason for "exchange" and we will immediately arrange it for you.
How do I request a return?
Log in and request a return notification within your customer account, or;
Please email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and full name to place a return request. You will receive a return label from us.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free of charge. You will receive a return label from us to return your package - within 14 days of receiving your package.
When will I get my money back?
Your money will be refunded to your account within 10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way! If you have not received your refund and it has been 10 business days since you received our email, please contact us at [email protected].
