Dutch clothing care brand STEAMRS by Dreamers was founded in 2021 out of a shared passion for textiles, fashion and innovation. What started as a dream to extend the lifespan of clothing has grown into a multidisciplinary fashion-care label. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the status of your order and see the expected delivery date.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

For orders under €50, we charge €4.99 in shipping costs. For orders over €50, we do not charge any shipping costs.

What is the delivery time of my order?

For the Netherlands and Belgium, orders placed before 6 p.m. will be delivered the next day. For other countries, delivery time depends on the shipping company. Read all about our shipping & delivery here. We will send you shipment updates via email with the latest information about your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Monday. We strive to deliver that fast!

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We strive to provide quality products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please send us pictures of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible! We are here for you!
