My order was not delivered correctly
Please email to [email protected] and we will respond within the same (working) day. We will immediately look into what went wrong with the order and its delivery and will do everything possible to resolve it as soon as possible.
My STEAMRS product is not working properly (anymore)
We stand behind the quality and proper operation of our products and we want our customers to enjoy the operation of the handy gadgets for as long as possible. Now, is there something wrong with the ordered item? Don't hesitate to contact us, we are at your service and will look into what is wrong. If necessary, we will ensure that the product is repaired or replaced.
How does the return process work?
Should the order still not be quite what you were looking for, we always offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. If a product appears to be defective, an exchange is also possible. We are very happy to assist you.

- Or Mail to [email protected] and indicate under the order number that you want to exchange/return. You will receive a return label from us.
Refund after return
