What materials can I use the Fabric Shaver on?
The Fabric Shaver is safe to use on all types of materials/fabrics. Just make sure the fabric is lying completely flat/smooth.
Is it possible to replace the shaver blades?
When the blades appear or feel blunt, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you.
My Shaver is no longer working properly. What can I do?
Before contacting us, please check the following:
- For safety reasons, the Shaver stops when something gets between the blades. Unscrew the silver ring and clean the blades with the included brush and by blowing on them briefly.
- Is the transparent ring screwed on tightly and straight? This can also be why the device temporarily stops.
If you have checked both of these and the Shaver still does not work, please contact us. We will resolve this quickly and properly for you.
What is the warranty on the Fabric Shaver?
We offer a 1-year warranty on our Fabric Shavers. Is there something wrong with the device? Contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you promptly and professionally.
When is the Fabric Shaver fully charged?
The battery is fully charged after 5 hours. The flashing/pulsing light around the power button indicates that the device is charging. The light turns white when it is fully heated. Note: you can shave with the device while it is charging.
How long is the delivery time?
In the Netherlands & Belgium, orders placed today before 18:00 arrive tomorrow. For Germany & France, delivery takes an average of one additional business day.
