Please note that STEAMRS products purchased anywhere other than the official STEAMRS website must be returned to the original point of sale. For example, if you ordered through Bol.com, you must return it through that platform.

We understand how annoying it can be to have to wait a long time for a refund after returning a product. Once we receive the returned package, your return will be inspected in our warehouse. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we strengthen it within 10 business days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return, you can see when the package arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund is done, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible in your bank.

Remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Ask our customer service team for the options.

Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We are more than happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@steamers.nl with a photo or clear description of the complaint. Our customer service team will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

We understand that our customers are interested in getting the best price for their purchases. However, at this time we do not offer price adjustments for previous purchases, even if the product is later reduced in price.
