At STEAMRS we think it is important that your order is delivered to you quickly and reliably by steam shipping. That's why we work with the best delivery services to ensure that your package arrives to you on time and in top condition. After all, we don't want steam coming out of your ears because your order got lost in the logistics maze!
Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping costs and tracking your package. This way you can sit back and relax while we ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound.
Postage costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
- For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium we charge a flat rate of €4.95 shipping costs. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
- For orders to Germany and other EU countries, a flat rate of €6.95 shipping costs applies. Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Order Tracking
When we have sent your order with love, we will of course let you know with a festive email. It contains a Track & Trace code , so that you can track the status of your package at any time. Please note that it may take a while before this tracking code works and is visible. But rest assured, we will ensure that the order comes to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed on workdays before 6:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Depending on DHL's speed, the package will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- If you order before 6:00 PM on Friday, your package will be shipped the same day. Although the package can sometimes be delivered the next day, it is more common for delivery by the postal service to take place on Monday.
