What can you do about a sweater that is fluffy? Or what can you do about pellets forming on your favorite scarf? We got you!
The Luxe Electric Lint Remover will have your favo garment patched up in no time!
We understand better than anyone how annoying it is when your favorite garment starts to fluff or pill. Pilling occurs when a fabric rubs together many times. The more often you wear a garment, the faster pilling occurs, often around areas near the armpits, neckline and sleeves. For this reason, we have developed a beautiful, stylish, clothes shaver!
How do you use a cordless fabric shaver?
Even the very best quality clothes can start to pill unfortunately....
But not to worry: with this Electric Fabric Shaver, unkempt-looking sweaters are forever a thing of the past!
1. Make sure the fabric shaver is properly charged.
2. Lay the garment flat, preferably on a paved surface.
3. Remove the protective magnetic cap, and press the on button.
4. Go over the pilled areas of the fabric in a circulating motion.
5. Done! Your garment looks great again!
How do you clean the de-piller?
Are you done with this quick fine refresh for your garment? Don't forget to clean the de-piller! That way you can get right to work next time. Read tips below on how to easily clean the fabricshaver:
1. Remove the magnetic protective cap
2. Unscrew the transparent ring
3. Use the brush provided to remove the lint from the device. You can also do this with your fingers.
4. Do you also want to clean the blades? Then unscrew the metal ring that covers the blades for protection.
6. Blow a few times on the device to remove any remaining dust.
7. Turn the metal ring back over the blades. And then screw the transparent ring back on the device as well. Now you're ready to shave again!
Caution! When the ring is unscrewed, the blades are blocked for security reasons. Only when the ring is screwed back on properly will the device work again when you press the button.
How do you charge the lint remover?
The lint clipper can be used on average for about 50 minutes, non-stop.
An average shave takes about 5-10 minutes.
When the fabric shaver is empty, you can easily charge it with the included USB cable. Full charging takes an average of 5 hours.
Can I easily injure myself with an electric peeler?
The blades are sharp enough to shave away globs of dust, but they are not sharp enough to injure you if you ran them over your skin. Keep it away from children and use it only as described in the instruction manual.
Funfact: one of our colleagues once tried the device to shave his arm hair/beard with it, but alas; the blades are really too blunt for this. But let's just use the device for its intended purpose: clothes shaving! ;)
What substance does not pellet?
All fabrics will pill. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the quality of the fabric. Even top-quality fabric will pill. The only fabric in the world that pills little to not at all is Alpaca wool.
