STEAMRS warranty policy for electrical products
At STEAMRS, customer satisfaction and quality are always number 1 and we will do everything we can to satisfy our customers.
We offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for all our electrical products, except for the Professional Garment Steamers, which have a 2-year warranty.
Our warranty applies to all electrical products sold through our official website www.steamers.nl , including clothes steamers and fabric shavers. This guarantee is in addition to, and not in replacement of, the rights that customers have under consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose service under warranty or under their consumer law.
Our warranty means that the electrical product will work without defects for up to 1 year after the original purchase date on the official website ( www.steamers.nl ), under the conditions that the product is only used in accordance with the STEAMRS instructions for the product, including the product manual and technical specifications. The warranty only applies to the product purchased by the customer for personal use and not for resale.
The warranty does not apply to:
(a) products purchased through channels other than www.steamers.nl ;
(b) problems occurring more than one year after the original date of purchase of STEAMRS through the website;
(c) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic;
(d) damage caused by external causes, such as accidents, abuse, misuse, contact with liquids and fire;
(e) damage caused by use of the product outside of STEAMRS's prescribed instructions for the product, including the product manual, technical specifications, etc.;
(f) a product that has been customized by the customer.
If the customer submits a valid claim covered by STEAMRS warranty, STEAMRS will:
(a) repair the product;
(b) replace the product.
